As Struman is based in Melbourne, AU. We can offer quick dispatch for all of our Australian & New Zealand customers.
Typically items are sent within one business day (sometimes same day!) A tracking number is then emailed to you so you can track its Progress with AusPost.
Our International orders are processed everyday and dispatched with DHL Express. Expect a tracking number within 2 business days.
Return under 30 Days (Online Orders Only)
We put a lot of detail and care into our lenses, we hope you will love them! Even still we offer a 30 day return policy, just keep the lenses for under 30 days and if you decide you don’t want them, shoot an email to [email protected] so we can get the return process started. This refund policy is for online only and not for face to face, in shop or through our distributors. Please note shipping costs are not refundable, if the item was purchased with free shipping a small fee may be deducted. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay return postage costs. All returns must be sent with tracking.
